1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping Offer: We are pleased to provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure product availability and efficient delivery, we dispatch orders from our strategic regional distribution centers.

  • United States: 7–12 business days.

  • Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days.

  • Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days.

Note: These are estimated timeframes. While we strive for punctuality, delivery may occasionally be affected by external factors such as customs clearance or local carrier schedules.

4. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can follow your package’s progress via our website or directly through the carrier’s portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Travanize is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Your satisfaction and the success of your journey are our top priorities.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo at support@travanize.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately for any items damaged during transit.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Travanize is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier tracking status shows "Delivered." If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors/household members or contact the carrier directly. We will provide all necessary documentation to assist your claim.
