1. Fulfillment and Dispatch
Every order requires up to 3 business days for comprehensive processing before it leaves our facility. This window allows our team to verify your payment, perform quality checks, safely package your items, and hand them over to the courier. Note: Purchases made on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or national holidays will enter the processing queue on the next available business day.
2. Delivery Estimates and Costs
After dispatch, here is what you can expect regarding transit times and fees:

Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are projected estimates rather than absolute guarantees. Travanize cannot be held liable for disruptions outside our direct control, such as:

4. Tracking Your Shipment
The moment your package is handed to the logistics provider, we will dispatch an email containing your unique tracking link. You can trace your parcel's global movement by visiting www.17track.net. Please allow a few business days for the courier’s digital system to sync and display the initial tracking updates after you receive your confirmation email.
5. Partial Deliveries (Split Shipments)
To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products might be shipped in separate parcels if the items are sourced from different fulfillment centers. Should this happen, you will receive distinct tracking emails and tracking numbers for each individual package.
6. Modifying Your Order
If you need to change your delivery address, item size, color, or quantities, you must act swiftly. Changes can only be made prior to the order entering the processing and shipping phase. We highly advise reaching out within 12 hours of your purchase.

7. Missed Deliveries
If a courier attempts delivery while you are away, they usually transfer the parcel to a nearby post office or holding facility. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal service using your tracking number to arrange a pickup or schedule a redelivery. We cannot be held accountable for packages returned to the sender due to an invalid address or an extended failure to retrieve the package.
8. Tracking Updates and Pauses
During international transit, it is entirely normal for tracking pages to pause for several days as packages move between main sorting hubs. If your tracking link displays an update within the past 7 days, your shipment is still moving safely. If your tracking remains completely static for more than 7 consecutive days, please reach out to us.
9. Missing or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking history shows no activity for over a week, contact us immediately. We will open a formal investigation with the logistics carrier. If they officially declare the shipment lost, we will send a replacement order to you at no extra charge. Important Disclaimer: Our responsibility strictly ends once the courier marks the package as "Delivered." Travanize is not liable for replacing or refunding items that go missing or are stolen from your property after a confirmed delivery.
